We gave our tipped Damgooders (Drivers, Servers, Bartenders) a big raise.
Then, we split all the tips among all hourly Damgooders based on a fancy
Tip pool level system. The math is a little complicated, but the results are simple.
The most skilled and experienced people get the most tips.
Trainees start @$15.00 an hour and receive no tips until they have worked for 6 weeks or reach level 10, whichever comes first.
Once training is complete, your rate changes to $11/hour.
