As of 8/17/23, The average hourly DAMGOODER makes over $18 per hour!
Everyone Starts @ $13/hr. If you catch on quick, you will be making more in just a few weeks.
The more skills you learn and hours you work, the more money you make, every step of the way.
(Little Rock locations only)
We gave our tipped Damgooders (Drivers, Servers, Bartenders) a big raise.
Then, we split all the tips among all hourly Damgooders based on a fancy
Tip pool level system. The math is a little complicated, but the results are simple.
The most skilled and experienced people get the most tips.
Trainees start @$13.00 an hour and receive no tips until they have worked for 6 weeks or reach level 10, whichever comes first.
Once training is complete, your rate changes to $11/hour.
+ A share of the Weekly Credit Card Tip Pool based on their Pool Level.
+ An equal share of Cash Tips no matter what Level, every day.
As of 10/27/21 Each Level is worth an average of $0.391/hour
+ Cash tip average $.70/hour. =
Level 10 ~ $15.62 per hour
Level 15 ~ $17.36 per hour

Damgooders also earn an additional Experience Level every time they reach the following milestones for total hours worked for the company.
25 Hours, 50 Hours, 100 Hours, 250 Hours, 500 Hours, 1000 Hours, 2500 Hours, 5000 Hours, 10000 Hours, 25000 Hours.
